- Your package is being shipped and handled via Canada Post
- All packages do not come with tracking numbers aswell as no updates when the package is delivered, but do not worry it is In the safe hands of our friendly mail carriers !
- We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages as well as rings ordered in the wrong size (exchanges may be accepted, contact for further detail)
- Canadian packages are shipped via letter mail and can take up to a maximum of 3 weeks to arrive
- United States packages are shipped out via small packet air and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive
- international packages are shipped out via small packet air and arrival times vary, please fill out the contact form on our site for additional details
- These shipping times stated above may vary due to various reasons. If the time stated above isn’t met refunds & any sort of accommodations will not be issued out if your package has already been mailed out
